Anna Bordignon - Founder
Anna has three little beautiful boys. She practised law for over 10 years in NZ and UK. She met her wonderful Australian husband while working in the UK. While she was raising her first son Anna completed an MBA as she was keen to move into the entrepreneurial world. She has a strong interest in children’s health and is involved in a number of health related charities both as a Board member or volunteer. She has no degree in mothering… but loves the trade! She wanted to mix mothering, kids and business together and saw a gap in the kids food arena. Hence Munch was born out of her first self published International award winning cookbook called Munch seasonal cookbook for baby and family.
Michelle Kitney - Marketing and Community Manager
Michelle Kitney studied law and English literature at VUW. Initially contracting in the public sector in New Zealand and then the UK, she stepped into editing when she returned to New Zealand. Michelle worked as a corporate editor at Thomson Reuters for a number of years prior to having her three little boys.
Michelle now primarily works with content. At Munch she pens the blog posts by “Mummy to three small boys” and also turns her hand to recipe creation, digital photography, writing, editing, strategy, marketing, social media and sales.
Michelle met her English husband Andy in the UK. Michelle and Andy now live in Miramar, Wellington with their children. Michelle works from home, squeezing it in around life with her three boys. Michelle loves spending time with her three boys, cooking, eating and reading.

Renee Feith - Graphic Designer and Illustrator
Renee has a degree in Fine Arts and has retrained in Graphic Design in London, where she lived for ten years. She also studied Art and Design in Switzerland.She has since worked for children’s book publishing companies and in advertising.She now has two yummy little boys, to her long time sweetheart from Art School in NZ, and freelances from home.
Karen O'Shaughnessy - Sales Manager Australia
Karen has a health & sports background, working as a massage therapist before having her children. The arrival of her girls developed her interest in looking at food & how we store it. She wanted to ensure that where possible she could avoid having a huge impact on the earth & steer away from our often disposable society.
